Thorowax Root, Dahurian Angelica Root, Fineleaf Schizonepeta Herb, Perilla Leaf, White Peony Root, Camphor, Obscured Homalomena Rhizome, Barley, Frosythia Fruit, Perilla Shoot, Lophatherum Herb, Platycodon Root, Common Cockscomb, Black Date, Nutgrass Galingale Tuber, Flowering Quince Fruit,  Common Selfheal, Cocklebur Bur, Licorice Root, Common Anemarrhena Rhizome,Lemongrass, Peppermint, Ginger.

Put the Herb mix in a pot, Pour in water untill it double in size compare to the mix. Boil the mixture then you can bring it inside close door room, slowly open it to release the steam. Becareful with hot water.
