1. Payment

When you hire us to provide services for your wedding, we require a deposit to secure your event date. We will provide you with detailed instructions on how to submit your payment. The remaining balance is due on the day of your event.

2. Cancellation Policy

We understand that circumstances can change, and you may need to cancel our wedding planning services. Please notify us as soon as possible if you need to cancel your event. Our cancellation policy is as follows:

• If you cancel more than 6 months before your event, you will receive a full refund of your deposit.

• If you cancel between 3 and 6 months before your event, your deposit is non-refundable.

• If you cancel less than 3 months before your event, your deposit and any additional payments made are non-refundable.

Please note that any booking fees that have been paid are also non-refundable. Booking fees are a separate fee from the deposit and are used to secure our wedding planning services for your event date.

If you need to cancel our services, please contact us as soon as possible so we can assist you with the process. We recommend that you review your service agreement for specific terms and conditions related to your event.

We reserve the right to cancel our services to you at any time, with or without cause. If we cancel our services to you, we will provide a prorated refund of any fees paid.

3. Liability

We are not responsible for any damages, losses, or injuries that may occur during your event. We will not be held liable for any acts of God, weather conditions, or other circumstances that may cause a delay or cancellation of your event.

5. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate our services to you at any time, with or without cause. If we terminate our services to you, we will provide a prorated refund of any fees paid.
